Academic advisors provide students with information and advice for their studies, including course selection, dual programs and placements.
Booking an appointment
Academic advice appointments are available upon request for all architecture, design and planning students. Our Academic Advisors are able to answer questions on a broad range of topics including course selection and structure, credit for previous studies, academic withdrawal, and exchange and study abroad studies.
To book an appointment, please refer to advisor times below and then email adp@uq.edu.au with your:
- Name
- Student ID number
- Program enrolled in
- Reason for the appointment
- Your availability on the Advisor's nominated consultation day
If you are seeking advice on course selection, also send a copy of your studies report and your study plan for the remainder of your program.
Appointments may also be made by phone on (07) 3365 3537 or at the Administration Office on Level 3 (Ground Level), Building 51, St Lucia campus.
