About Jasmin Ong

Jasmin Ong

Jasmin is a founding partner of MASS DESIGN an architecture office in Shanghai, China. MASS works across the disciplines of architecture, interior, landscape, product and brand design on projects ranging in scale from a furniture piece to 30,000 square meter mixed-use regeneration developments.

Jasmin has a wide range of experience in office, residential, restaurant and hospitality design in cities across China from concept through to execution.

Jasmin is an alumna of the University of Queensland having graduated from the Business, Arts and Architecture schools. She earnt her Bachelor of Design Studies in 2009 and a Masters of Architecture from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China in 2013. Her thesis was published in Masterclass, a Frame Publication, and ignited a passion for heritage, vernacular, reuse and the beauty of ordinary architecture.
