Holly Carson brings over 20 years of experience in corporate services, finance, and treasury across the engineering and property sectors. Her expertise spans financial risk management, governance, strategic planning, and social impact.

Holly is the Finance and Governance Lead at Civil Geotechnical Consultants (CGC), following a decade in treasury roles with Westfield and Dexus Property Group. She holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Master of Business (Finance), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Holly has served as a board member and advisor to a range of organisations, including Consult Australia. With a passion for driving positive business impact, Holly has led STEM and mentoring initiatives across Queensland to inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
